Silvio Santos Group purchases e-payment company
Silvio Santos group announced the acquisition of e-payment company Braspag for US$ 25 million (US$ 12.5 million). Founded in 2005, Braspag has among its clients companies as Dell, B2W, Ricardo Eletro, Tok&Stok and Mercado Livre, running operations in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Argentina. Last year, Braspag processed 5.5 million transactions, with total sales up to R$ 2.9 billion (US$ 1.45 billion).
