PanAmericano and Minucom reaches deal on loyalty marketing
Banco PanAmericano, Grupo Silvio Santos’ financial branch, reached a deal with Minucom on a loyalty marketing program based on credits on prepaid phones. Under the deal, PanAmericano will sell mobile phone credits in up to three instalments, with minimum instalment of R$ 10 (US$ 5). Today, 81% of all mobile phones are prepaid. Users can pay in instalments using their PanAmericano credit card, today with 2.6 million holders. The deal also allows PanAmericano to give mobile credits as a reward under Maxi Bônus loyalty program.
