Mobile internet to soar in spite of global crisis
AThe first large survey done with mobile technology users in Europe and the US during the economic crisis brings some reason for optimism. Results point to the fact consumers intend to increase sharply the use of mobile services in the next years. The survey, sponsored by Tellabs, shows that 71% of consumers believe they will include services as mobile internet in their daily routine. They will be worried, on the other hand, with price, speed and quality of services provided. The survey was done in five large European countries and in the US, analyzing ten mobile data service providers.
