Internet TV will be a trend
IBM’s Institute for Business Value (IBV) said telecom solution providers shall create new services to serve the needs of social networks users. According to an analysis made by the institute, by 2012 these web users will top 800 million and internet traffic will rise to 20,000 petabytes per month. IBV forecasts 90% of broadband spending will be directed to social networks until 2012. Among the fastest-growing tools will be Internet TV (104%), videocommunications (44%), games (30%) and VoIP (24%).
