IT segment lobbies in Cannes
There has had no IT convention gathering so many important figures of the digital world, as has happened this year in Cannes’ International Advertising Festival. Among them, executives of traditional companies, as Microsoft and Google, and of recent fads, as LinkedIn and Twitter. Microsoft’s Steve Ballmer, Google’s Eric Schmidt, Twitter’s Biz Stoner and LinkedIn’s Kevin Eyres were in the French city to try to convince those who decide where to spend the US$ 480 billion have been invested per year in communications in the world.
