IBM plans to invest US$ 100 million in mobile research
IBM plans to invest US$ 100 million in the next five years in the mobile arena. The company will develop services for financial transactions, fun and shopping, for corporate and individual users. There will be researches on security, privacy, user interface and navigation. IBM forecasts by 2011 there will be one billion mobile phone users.
