Consumer satisfaction with e-commerce drops in the US
Consumer satisfaction with e-commerce in the US fell last year. Michigan University’s American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), who ranges from zero to 100 points, reached 80, over 81.6 in 2007. The best evaluated site was Newegg.com, with 88 points, followed by Amazon, with 86.
