Boticário uses Twitter to e-commerce
Brazilian cosmetics and perfumery chain O Boticário has launched a Twitter initiative, integrating it its e-commerce site. For Valentine’s Day, web users could choose one of the chain’s suggestions and publish its order. The use of Twitter lead to a viral promotion, as each user could share the gift he/she wanted to receive with all his/her internet contacts.
