A third of European consumers unhappy with online shopping
One out of three European internet users are unhappy with their shopping experience, according to a study released by Art Technology Group (ATG) last week.. The curvey concludes the insatisfaction with online services is the reason for the low spendings online and shows consumers would spend more if services were better. Lack of consumer assistance is the main concern for 64% of Europeans when shopping online.
